Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the United Kingdom, plus Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Italy. UK delivery costs £4.95 / €5.95 per order; selected European delivery costs £9.95 / €11.95. Collection is free by arrangement.
When will my order arrive?
Dispatch is within 1–3 working days after payment and confirmation. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 2–5 working days in the UK and 5–10 working days for our listed European destinations. We confirm an estimate with your order.
Can I pay in GBP or EUR?
Yes. Select GBP or EUR before placing your order. Prices are set separately in each currency. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees.
How do I check compatibility?
Read the ports, layout, dimensions and operating-system requirements on the product page. Contact support@mahitech.shop with your device model if you need help before ordering.
Can I return an item?
Eligible distance purchases can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt, with a further 14 days to return the goods. Contact our team for return instructions to our Milton Keynes address. Faulty-goods rights continue to apply.
